Inspired by the Lego sets for Materials Science and Engineering created by Chris Olson, I present this Lego set based on FEI Talos F200 TEM.
TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope) is a powerful tool for materials researchers to characterize the atomic structure and chemical composition of different materials. Talos TEM from Thermofisher Scientific (formerly FEI Company) is one of the most advanced TEMs that I have used. High resolution, great stability, remote control, easy to use…and countless features that make TEM operation enjoyable.
Further progress on this model will be posted in FEI F200 Ultimate Edition.

Hi, Mauro. Thanks for ur nice words. The standard version like the one in the images will be 300USD +postage containing about 1000 pieces including the column, frame and enclosure.
I’m also making an ultimate version with vacuum pumping lines, HT tank, operation panel desk, as well as lego LED light up the front panel and touch screen area like the real one have. The ultimate version will be 400USD +postage.
